The XS3100 is a SOC that integrates a full bridge MOS controller、3V LDO and one asynchronous boost converter specially for E-Cigarette application. 3V LDO can supply power to MCU。Asynchronous boost converter can boost battery voltage to 12V to driver MOSFETs.
